It’s time to start thinking about your family’s procurement and get excited for this year's theme, Run for the Roses!
WHY: Each family is required to donate item(s) or experience(s) up to $250 in value for the school auction. These are the items that are featured in the silent online auction and live auction. Each year the school raises money for projects such as a new intercom system for the school, a beautiful wood floor for the historic St. Benedict School auditorium, and other school improvements. All of these are enhancements that benefit every student at St. Benedict!
WHAT: At a loss for what to donate? Some ideas include:
Experiences (e.g., boat excursions, cabin get aways, or sport tickets)
Themed baskets (e.g., LEGO Fun or Book Lovers)
Pick-a-Party for a fun experience (e.g., Ladies Night Out, Pies and Pints, or Child’s Tea Party).
Pro tip: Wine and alcohol always go for over the asking price. If you have a wine membership, why not donate some of the wine you enjoy?
Overall, the best thing is YOU can be creative! Have you ever dreamt about a great place to go or experience? Now you can create that experience or buy that item for your child’s school auction. It’s always fun to see how much things go for.

March 13, 2026: Online Procurement Forms due
March 31, 2026: Turn in items to St Benedict School
April 17, 2026: Time to party at our school auction!
